Recruitment Process

Aurona posts job vacancies at recruitment portals. Additionally we welcome speculative applications from candidates.

All applications are screened by the Human Resources team and they contact candidates who are short-listed for a first interview.

The subsequent process is outline below:

  • A recruitment manager conducts the first interview and matches the candidate against approved vacancies.
  • Short listed candidates are asked to take screening tests for their chosen specialisation. The test results are used as a part of the overall selection criteria.
  • A line manager will conduct a second interview with the candidate. During this interview the candidate’s experience, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills are assessed. The company positively looks out for diverse personal attributes that create a balanced and stimulating work environment.

  • The final selection is made on the basis of all the evidence compiled from the recruitment process. The recruitment manager contacts the candidates with a job offer subject to two satisfactory references. The HR team conducts thorough pre-employment verification of education and work history of all new hires.
  • On the agreed start date the candidate reports to work at 10:00am. The line manager will introduce the new employee to the job responsibilities and work environment, health and safety etc.
  • The HR team conducts an induction program that enables the joiner to gain sufficient understanding of the companies business and policies
