Employees are encouraged to set the direction in which to pursue their careers by using a combination of technical and managerial opportunities within the company. They are encouraged to identify areas to specialise in. Mentoring is a key component of the continuous learning process in the company. Continuous development of each employee’s skills to keep abreast of latest advances in their specialisation is the responsibility of the employee. The company provides the tools, resources and time to encourage this. |
Employees at appropriate levels are given the opportunity to attend conferences and industry events to meet their peer group and to compare emerging technologies. The company also takes the initiative to organise events through industry forums such as International Game Developers Association (IGDA). |
